What is the authenticity of the Hadith: "Whoever swears by other than Allah has nothing to do with Allah"?

This report is not found in the books of Sunnah; rather, it is circulated in the books of the Shiites. What is unique to their books is not given attention due to the lack of conditions for authenticity therein. One is forbidden from swearing by other than Allah.
