Is the prayer of one who suffers from urinary incontinence when laughing and washes the place of urine on her clothes with water without changing the clothes valid?

Whoever has their clothes defiled by urine or other impurities is not required to change them. It suffices to wash the spot of impurity until it is removed. The proof for this is the hadith of Asma bint Abi Bakr, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said concerning menstrual blood that gets on a garment: "She should scrape it off, then rub it with water, then sprinkle water on it, then pray in it."
