Is it permissible to commit adultery with the intention of marrying the girl after her family forces her to marry the one who committed adultery with her?

This custom is an invalid tradition, forbidden by Islamic law, because Allah has forbidden indecencies and warned against them. Adultery is among the most heinous and worst of them, and whoever commits adultery will be punished in this world and the hereafter. Moreover, sound human nature rejects this custom because it is displeasing for it to occur among one's family and relatives. It has been narrated in a Hadith that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, illustrated the ugliness of this act to a young man who sought his permission to commit adultery, by applying it to mothers, sisters, paternal aunts, and maternal aunts. We advise staying away from thinking about adultery and striving to eradicate this custom by encouraging direct marriage and making abundant supplications for marriage to be facilitated. Indeed, marriage is among the causes of abundant provision, and it is a right upon Allah to aid the one who marries seeking chastity. If marriage is not possible, one must fear Allah and stay away from arousal-inducing stimuli, and adhere to fasting, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O young men, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it helps lower the gaze and guard one's chastity. And whoever cannot afford to marry, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him."
