What is the ruling on a wife going out with her husband without her father's knowledge, if the father forbids her, and intercourse occurs between them?

A woman becomes a wife legally through the marriage contract, and whatever is permissible for a husband to do with his wife becomes permissible for her husband to do with her. However, custom or agreement should be observed regarding delaying consummation. There is no sin upon the spouses for any intercourse that occurred after the contract. Nevertheless, it was incumbent upon the wife to obey her father and not go out with her husband as long as he had forbidden her. The wife and her husband must offer sincere repentance for the husband's misconduct in urging her to go out despite her knowledge of her father's refusal.
