Is it permissible to receive an annual financial payment in exchange for a license to use a computer program, with the program being suspended if payment is not made?

It appears that this transaction is a lease of a usufruct for a lump sum paid upfront, followed by an annual rent. This is permissible as long as the amount paid upfront is part of the rent, which is what the Islamic Fiqh Academy has affirmed.
