What is the ruling on intense attachment to a woman "from first sight," and is it destiny or weakness?

Everything that happens in the universe is predetermined and written, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, We created all things in due measure," and His saying: "No disaster strikes except by permission of Allah." Therefore, asking whether a misfortune or loss is due to a sin, weakness, or lack of experience is incorrect, because these very reasons are part of Allah's decree. Allah may afflict a pious believer to elevate their status, and a skilled person may incur a loss; and if Allah wills a matter, there is no repeller of His decree. A man's love for a woman at first sight may be due to his weakness or other reasons, and both are by Allah's decree. The important thing is for a person to control their emotions so that their love for her does not lead them to incur Allah's wrath. If she is permissible for him, he should strive for a lawful marriage.
