Is the punishment for killing children after kidnapping and sexually assaulting them or removing their organs the حد الحرابة (Hirabah punishment)?

The murderer of a Muslim child is to be killed intentionally, unless the child's guardian pardons him. If the killing involves kidnapping the child to a place where rescue is impossible, then the perpetrator is considered among the 'Muharibun' (those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger). The concept of 'Hirabah' (unlawful warfare/banditry) includes gangs involved in killing and kidnapping, such as child kidnapping gangs. Also, deceiving a boy to take what he has with him is considered 'Hirabah.' The crime of the murderer increases if, in addition to the killing, there is mutilation of the corpse or committing indecency with the child.
