Why do you forbid masturbation without evidence from the Sunnah or medicine, especially since some scholars acknowledge that there is no explicit prohibition of it in the Sunnah, and that the verse "But whoever seeks beyond that - then those are the transgressors" refers to adultery?

The majority of scholars adopted the view that masturbation is forbidden, citing the noble verse: (And those who guard their private parts Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed – But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors). Contemporary scholars, such as Al-Shanqeeti, Ibn Baz, and Ibn Uthaymeen, are of the opinion that this verse prohibits masturbation. Moreover, studies and doctors have proven serious health harms associated with masturbation, including erectile dysfunction and infertility. Fasting is a prophetic means of refining the soul and curbing desires; it is not merely abstaining from food and drink, but a fast of the heart and limbs.
