Is it permissible for a woman to return to her husband who divorced her with three pronouncements, after he treated her poorly and forced her to engage in anal intercourse, despite the scholars' affirmation that she is not lawful for him until after a valid intermediate marriage (tahlil)?

If a husband divorces his wife three times, she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband willingly and he consummates the marriage with her. Divorce by messages, like writing, takes effect if the husband intends it and clearly expresses his intention. If intercourse with the wife from behind is in the vagina, there is no harm in it. However, if it is in the anus, it is forbidden. If this act is repeated and the wife assents or is unable to prevent it, then a separation must occur between them.
