Does "Abdullah" mean "he who does what God loves and approves of"?

The name "Abdullah" is among the dearest names to Allah, and it is derived from 'ubudiyyah (servitude/worship), which linguistically means humility and submission. Religiously, 'ibadah (worship) is performing what Allah loves and is pleased with.
