What is the most preponderant ruling regarding the issue mentioned in fatwas numbered 37480, 112782, and 146745, given the multiplicity of opinions?

What appears is that the phrase "Peace be upon you" is not among the allusions (kinayat) of divorce, and divorce does not occur by it even if intended. This is the fatwa (religious edict) we adopt for every utterance that does not fall under the precise definition of an allusion. And despite the existence of those who say it is included among the allusions and that divorce occurs by it if intended, this is not our view.
