What is the meaning and intent of the attached message containing verses from Surat Al-A'raf and Al-Hujurat, whose sender claims that whoever complies with what is in it will attain the good of this world and the Hereafter, and whoever neglects it will be afflicted with calamities and perhaps even death?

This is a fabricated message that is not permissible to propagate, as it contains falsehoods attributed to Allah and His Messenger, which is one of the gravest sins. Allah, the Almighty, says: "And on the Day of Resurrection you will see those who lied about Allah [with] their faces darkened" (Quran 39:60). And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, lying about me is not like lying about anyone else. Whoever lies about me, let him take his seat in the Hellfire." It is not permissible to believe in the false promises it contains, that they bring benefit or repel harm. Whoever believes this has committed a great act of shirk (polytheism). This contradicts the completion of the religion, as Allah, the Almighty, says: "This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you" (Quran 5:3). It is necessary to warn against these messages and to clarify their danger and the lies and fabrications they contain. One must not pay attention to them or propagate them due to the harm they cause by spreading ignorance and attachment to delusions. Such messages aim to spread ignorance and shirk among Muslims.
