Is it permissible for a woman who wears the niqab to slightly inflate her cheeks to please her husband?

May Allah reward you for your keenness on discretion and your endeavor to make your husband happy and pleased. If plumping the cheeks is done using drugs or herbal mixtures that do not involve any religiously prohibited ingredients and do not result in harm, then there is no objection to it.
