Is it permissible for a woman to apply henna and dye to the hair of her pubic area and vulva to adorn herself for her husband, and is it permissible for a man to put his mouth on his wife's vulva while she puts his penis in her mouth?

It is prescribed for a woman to adorn herself for her husband in what is usually visible, such as the face, hands, feet, and hair. As for what is hidden, she may adorn herself with it in a way that does not violate the Sunnah, such as imitating disbelieving women or harming her health. The Sunnah for pubic hair is shaving, not dyeing, as narrated by Al-Bukhari from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Among the acts of Fitra (natural disposition) are shaving the pubic hair, clipping the nails, and trimming the mustache."
