Would the daughter be considered disobedient to her father, who practices masturbation and has homosexual inclinations, due to her aversion to him and her cessation of speaking with him?

The right of a parent to dutifulness and kindness does not fall away due to their committing forbidden acts. It is obligatory to treat them with kindness, even if they call their child to polytheism, as Allah Almighty says: "But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness." It is not permissible to abandon a parent; rather, it is obligatory to be dutiful to them, advise them gently, and supplicate for their guidance.
