What is the authenticity of the hadith by Buhaysah, on the authority of her father, when he asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) about things whose prohibition is not permissible, and he mentioned water, salt, and doing good?

The Hadith in question was deemed weak by Sheikh Al-Albani in "Irwa' al-Ghalil" because some of its narrators are unknown, such as Sayyar bin Manzur and Buhaysa. Al-Albani also mentioned that Al-Hafiz himself refuted Ibn Hibban regarding Buhaysa's companionship [with the Prophet].
