What is the ruling regarding a husband's statement when angry, "May the life of its father burn!" or "May this situation's life be cut short!"? And does anything result from that?

If the question is about infallibility ('ismah), then what has been mentioned is not affected by it.

If the question is about expressing displeasure with divine decree (qadar), then we advise avoiding expressions that might imply displeasure, and to accustom one's tongue to good. We also alert that such expressions contradict good marital relations, and the husband must treat his wife well, in compliance with the words of Allah Almighty: {And live with them in kindness.}

We also advise him to stay away from the causes of anger and to strive to دفع it after it occurs.
