Is the fasting of the entire month of Ramadan accepted if adultery occurs on one of its days after breaking the fast?

Adultery (zina) is forbidden and an abomination. Its sinfulness increases in Ramadan (definition). Committing adultery in Ramadan indicates a lack of respect for religious rituals. Whoever commits this crime must repent and feel remorse. The validity of the fast after committing adultery during the night in Ramadan remains sound and does not require making up the day. However, the acceptance of the fast is up to Allah.
