What is the ruling on volunteering as a loan officer for interest-bearing loans in a non-governmental organization?

It is impermissible to work in anything connected to usurious transactions or to assist in them, whether voluntarily or for pay, because Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." And because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, "cursed the one who consumes Riba (usury), the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses, and he said: 'They are all equal.'" And the one responsible for usurious loans is an assistant to those who consume and feed it.
