The answer

The preponderant opinion is that congregational prayer is valid in any pure place, due to the generality of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And the earth has been made for me a place of prayer (masjid)," and his (peace be upon him) saying: "The entire earth is a masjid except for the graveyard and the bathhouse." Based on this, praying in this prayer area is permissible, and there is no harm in it. Similarly, combining two prayers due to a permissible excuse does not differ in ruling; combining them is permissible if its reason is present.
