Are we sinful for having the tenant establish a women's beauty salon project in a shop we inherited from our father, and what is the way to get rid of the sin if the contract cannot be terminated?

Women's beauty salons often involve Sharia violations, which makes leasing a premises to them impermissible if it is highly probable that the tenant will use it for forbidden acts. If the lessor knows that the tenant will use the premises for a sinful act, then repentance is obligatory upon him, and the contract must be rescinded if possible; otherwise, the contract should not be renewed upon its expiration. However, if the lessor did not know of this at the time of the contract, there is no sin upon him, and the rent is lawful for him. But if he comes to know later, he must rescind the contract. If the lessor stipulated that forbidden acts should not be committed, yet the tenant committed them, then rescinding the contract is obligatory upon him. As for the rent, if the lessor knew of the tenant's intention to commit the sin, the rent is not lawful for him and he must donate it as charity. If the lessor did not know, the rent is lawful for him.
