Is the hadith "Whoever does not read the Quran in a month is a hypocrite" authentic?

The scholars have urged Muslims to frequently complete the recitation of the Quran, read it, and reflect upon it. The aspirations of the Salaf (early Muslims) varied in this regard: some completed it daily, some every three days, some weekly, and some monthly. Completing it monthly is the minimum aspiration, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Recite the Quran every month." The jurists disliked delaying the completion beyond forty days without an excuse. The optimal duration for completing the recitation varies depending on individuals and their circumstances. For someone who discerns subtleties and knowledge through profound contemplation, or is busy spreading knowledge or fulfilling important religious duties, they should limit themselves to an amount that allows them full comprehension without neglecting their responsibilities. As for those who are not in such a position, they should recite as much as they can without becoming bored. However, the statement that whoever does not complete the Quran every month is among the hypocrites has no evidence from the Sunnah or the sayings of the Companions.
