What is the ruling of Islam on a husband who lives with his parents and spends only a few hours a day with his wife and child, without his family knowing about his marriage, and must the wife continue in this life?

If the husband provides for her, cares for her, and visits his wife daily for two or three hours, then she must be patient and assist her husband, and find excuses for him regarding his father's illness and his not informing her of the marriage, because she initially consented to that. Patience leads to relief. If the husband provides for her, secures independent housing, and is not absent for more than six months, then he has fulfilled his duty. The wife is advised to occupy her time with beneficial matters of religion and worldly affairs, such as memorizing the Quran and enrolling in centers of knowledge.
