Are employees who have left the company entitled to claim their share of commissions that were not collected until after their departure, especially given that the company did not agree with them to pay any percentages after their departure date?

The system of work and the terms of the contract determine whether the worker is entitled to the commission or not. Whoever among the employees became entitled to a commission and then left work or was dismissed before receiving it, has the right to demand it, and it must be paid to him, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three whose adversary I shall be on the Day of Resurrection: a man who gave a promise by Me and then broke it; a man who sold a free person and consumed his price; and a man who hired a laborer, benefited fully from his labor, and did not give him his wages."
