The answer

"Whoever catches the Imam in bowing or before it in the second rak'ah of the Friday prayer, then he makes up one rak'ah, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: 'Whoever catches one rak'ah of the Friday prayer has caught the prayer.' As for whoever catches the Imam after bowing in the second rak'ah, he prays four rak'ahs with the intention of Dhuhr, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: 'Whoever catches one rak'ah on Friday, let him add another to it, and whoever catches less than that, let him pray it as four.'"
