Do the full sister, the half-sister through the father, the full brother's son, and the full brother's daughter inherit?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the full sister receives one-half, the paternal half-sister receives one-sixth as a complement to two-thirds, and the remainder goes to the sons of the full brother by ta'sib (residuary inheritance). The estate is divided into 18 shares: 9 for the full sister, 3 for the paternal half-sister, and one share for each son of the full brother. The daughter of the brother is not among the heirs. It should be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is insufficient; rather, the case must be submitted to the Sharia courts for investigation, determination of heirs, debts, and bequests.
