What is the ruling on adopting the Maliki method for removing ritual impurity (najāsa)? And is the daily drop of madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) considered among that which is minor (yasīr)? And am I permitted to adopt the Maliki view regarding the pardon for something that exits by itself daily?

Scholars have differed regarding the ruling on avoiding impurity in prayer. The majority of scholars hold that it is a condition for the validity of prayer, citing as evidence the Almighty's saying: "And purify your garments," and the hadith of Ibn Abbas regarding not purifying oneself from urine, and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) command to Asma to wash menstrual blood from her garment. However, Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah preferred pardoning slight impurities of all kinds, and this is a strong opinion that Shaykh al-Uthaymeen also favored and was held by the Hanafis. A drop of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) falls under what is considered slight. Shaykh al-Islam preferred leniency in this regard, deeming it sufficient to sprinkle water due to the difficulty of guarding against it, by analogy with the urine of a young boy and the bottom of a khuff (leather sock). As for one who suffers from salasil (incontinence), his impurity is pardoned due to necessity, based on the principle of "hardship brings ease," provided the incontinence occurs daily, even if only once.
