How can a house be purified after a dog has entered it, contaminating the carpets, shoes, and clothes with saliva and feces, in addition to urinating and defecating on the house's staircases and washing itself in the bathtub?

The preponderant opinion is that the entire dog is impure (najis), and anything it touches with wetness becomes impure. If you are certain that a place has become impure (najis) from a dog, it is obligatory to wash it seven times, one of them with earth or what serves its purpose. If you are doubtful about its impurity, it is not obligatory to wash it. It is advisable to remove the dog from the house due to the spread of impurity and health risks it entails.
