Is a girl's interest in an elegant appearance and beautiful clothes at women's gatherings, while adhering to Sharia regulations, considered wrong behavior that necessitates sin?

There is no sin or blame upon a Muslim for caring for their appearance and attending to their clothing, as Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'Who has forbidden the adornment of Allah which He has produced for His servants and the good things, of provision?'" (Quran 7:32), and as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah is beautiful and loves beauty." Improving one's appearance is not arrogance, for arrogance resides in the heart, and it is "rejecting the truth and despising people."
