Which Surah mentions "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful" twice?

The Surah is An-Naml (The Ants), due to the presence of the Basmala in its middle, at the verse: "Indeed, it is from Solomon, and indeed, it is in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful," and its presence at the beginning of the Surah according to the view that the Basmala is a verse from every Surah except Surah At-Tawbah.
