What is your advice for someone who mutters incomprehensible words and makes violent movements during sleep, which has led to him being injured, despite his recitation of the Qur’an and remembrances before sleeping?

The delirium of a sleeper is something that happens to some people. A sleeper may dream of things and speak aloud, or move and walk while not conscious of what they are doing. This may be a response to what they see in their sleep, or due to partial possession by jinn. This can be treated by observing the morning and evening remembrances and the remembrances before sleep, reciting Surat Al-Baqarah in the house, and not sleeping alone. There is no harm in seeking help from legitimate ruqyah practitioners, or performing ruqyah on oneself with legitimate ruqyah. One can also consult psychiatrists. It is forbidden to go to soothsayers and sorcerers.
