Is it permissible to use "Inglot" nail polish, which allows water to penetrate, during prayer?

Nail polish (manicure) is considered a barrier that prevents water from reaching the nails, and therefore, ablution (wudu') is not valid with it unless it does not have a substance that prevents water from reaching [the nail], such as henna. The polish that has a substance must be removed before ablution to ensure water reaches the nail.
