What is the ruling on keeping bracelets that contain Christian drawings, knowing that they are not acquired out of belief in them, but rather to avoid discarding them in the trash?

If the aforementioned drawings are of Christian religious or pagan symbols, or of animate beings, then it is forbidden to keep them unless these drawings are effaced. It is permissible to benefit from them by melting them down and selling them, or by making bracelets from them free of the forbidden drawings, just as the Companions advised the man who took off his gold ring, saying: "Take your ring and benefit from it."
