Is involuntary discharge of some urine due to urge and stress urinary incontinence upon laughing, sneezing, or lifting something excusable, and does it not invalidate wudu' (ablution), taking into consideration scrupulosity regarding purity and the difficulty of changing clothes outside the home? Is it permissible to adopt the Maliki madhhab (school of thought) regarding the non-invalidation of wudu' when the time for prayer expires and without taking precautions? Are there suitable medications for this condition?

There is no harm in acting upon the view of the Malikis regarding the permissibility of not removing impurities if they exit involuntarily more than once daily. If there is time for purification and prayer, it must be utilized, and the exit of urine at that time invalidates ablution. However, if the discharge is continuous or its cessation is unknown, then the questioner's ruling is that of a person afflicted with incontinence ( سلس ). It is stipulated that the exit of urine must be certain, and not merely a baseless whisper (وسوسة) that should be disregarded. As for medication, it should be referred to the counseling department.
