What is the religious ruling on the treatment method of (micro scalp pigmentation) for the scalp, and is it considered a change in Allah's creation?

Micro-pigmentation of the scalp, which involves injecting dyes under the skin, falls under the ruling of tattooing, and it is prohibited by the majority of scholars if it is done for the purpose of beautification. However, if it is done to remove an unusual defect or disfigurement, it is permissible, because necessities permit prohibitions, and because the forbidden tattooing is that which is done for the sake of beauty, as stated in the hadith: "Allaah has cursed the Al-Waasilah (one who joins hair extensions), Al-Mustawsilah (one who asks for hair extensions to be joined for her), An-Naamisah (one who plucks eyebrows), Al-Mutanammisah (one who asks for her eyebrows to be plucked), Al-Waashimah (one who tattoos), and Al-Mustawshimah (one who asks to be tattooed), when there is no disease." This is less severe than surgical operations which are permissible for removing defects, but one must be careful not to expand the definition of a defect to include everything one dislikes.
