Ablution is not invalidated by removing the khuff (leather socks) or socks after wiping over them. Prayer remains valid with the previous ablution until something nullifies it. As for praying another obligatory prayer with a previously performed valid ablution, it is recommended to renew the ablution, but not obligatory. If one removes the sock while still in a state of purity, their initial ablution remains valid. It is not permissible to wipe over another sock if worn afterwards with the intention of renewing ablution. Their prayer remains valid. However, if ablution is nullified, they must remove the socks and wash their feet before wearing them again.
