Is it obligatory to share information that is beneficial for language learning, or is it permissible to keep it to oneself without sin?

You are not obligated to disseminate everything you have learned among your colleagues. However, if you do so with the intention of benefiting Muslims and guiding them towards good, you will be rewarded for it. Therefore, do as much as you can to guide towards good, provided it does not harm you.
