Is not forgetting a characteristic exclusive to Allah Almighty alone, and is it impermissible to describe any created being with it?

Denying forgetfulness to Allah Almighty is established to affirm the perfection of His knowledge and His encompassing nature, and to absolve Him of any deficiency, as He states: "And never is your Lord forgetful" and "My Lord does not err, nor does He forget." As for the existence of a creature that does not forget, it is subject to Allah Almighty's will, and its affirmation or negation cannot be made except with a legal proof, and there is no text to that effect.
