What are the times for Iftar and Suhoor and the duration of fasting in Ramadan in Scandinavian countries where the daytime is either extremely long or extremely short?

The Islamic Sharia is complete and comprehensive. Allah addressed the believers by enjoining fasting generally, and did not restrict it to a specific country or type of people. Allah legislated ease for His servants, permitting the traveler and the sick to break their fast to avert hardship. So, whoever witnesses Ramadan is obligated to fast. If one is unable to complete a day of fasting and fears death or illness for themselves, it is permissible for them to break their fast with just enough to sustain themselves, then resume fasting for the rest of their day, and they must make up for the day they broke their fast.
