Can one be afflicted by the evil eye if they admire something and mention Allah, and what is the ruling on someone who fears this to the extent that their social life becomes constricted, despite knowing that they are not envious and do not wish harm upon others, and they recite the Quran and remember Allah?

The Sharia does not bring hardship, and the obsessive thoughts of the evil eye and envy are from Satan. These obsessive thoughts must be cut off, and Allah should be remembered upon seeing something beautiful by saying, "May Allah bless it" (بارك الله فيه), or "O Allah, bless it" (اللهم بارك فيه), or "What Allah wills, there is no power except with Allah" (ما شاء الله لا قوة إلا بالله), to ward off the harm of the evil eye and envy. A Muslim should not surrender to doubts and excessive fear of the evil eye, and should have good expectations of Allah.
