What is the ruling on cremating the body of a deceased female fetus, at seven months gestation, without the mother's knowledge or consent, while the father is aware of it and unconcerned with an Islamic burial?

Cremating the bodies of the deceased is forbidden. The father is sinful if he allows the hospital to handle the body, knowing with a strong presumption that it will be cremated, especially in a non-Muslim country. The preponderant opinion is that if a fetus exits deceased, it should be washed and prayed over.
