Can a husband ascend to his wife's higher status in Paradise, or will she descend to his, given that her status is higher due to her deeds and patience in this world?

The joining of the lower to the higher is not contrary to justice; rather, it is a favor and honor from Allah the Almighty. It is an increase for the lower by elevating them to a degree they did not attain by their deeds, and an increase in bliss and joy for the higher by uniting them with those they love. The questioner is advised to occupy herself with righteous deeds and not delve into the details of the unseen, for Allah's justice is absolute and His generosity is vast.
