What is the ruling on seminal discharge during the daytime in Ramadan and not praying on the same day, and are there any consequences for that?

If semen is discharged from a fasting person due to masturbation or direct contact (mubasharah), their fast is invalidated, and they must repent and make up that day without expiation, according to the majority of scholars. However, if semen is discharged due to a wet dream (احتلام), the fast is not invalidated. The fasting person must perform ghusl (ritual bath) and pray. Abandoning prayer is a grave sin, and whoever does so must repent and make up the missed prayers.
