Is it permissible for a woman to sell women's necessities from her home, without her husband's knowledge and despite his refusal, in order to meet her needs and financially assist her family, knowing beforehand her husband's strong opposition to this work?

It was previously established that a woman is permitted to work from home without her husband's permission, provided certain conditions are met. This includes selling cosmetic products, whether she needs the money herself or her family needs her financial assistance.

A condition is that these cosmetic products should not be sold to someone known to use them for ostentatious display (تبرج). It is preferable to abstain from selling them altogether if corruption becomes prevalent.

It is incumbent upon both spouses to communicate and avoid arbitrary behavior and obstinacy to prevent disputes and discord.
