Is it permissible to continue reciting the Qur'an from the Mus-haf after one's Wudu' is broken, for someone who suffers from chronic constipation?

Touching the Mus'haf (Quran) requires complete purity. Therefore, it is necessary to renew one's ablution (wudu') if it is nullified after prayer while reading the Mus'haf. However, if a person is afflicted with urinary incontinence (i.e., in a constant state of minor impurity) or experiences frequent impurities, they are permitted to continue reading and touching the Mus'haf without renewing their ablution, to alleviate hardship and difficulty.
