Is it permissible to describe a man with thick hair but a bald head as having "abundance in production and poor distribution"?

A Muslim must submit to Allah's decree and not object to His preordainment and destiny. He must also refrain from backbiting others and harming them. If the statement, "High production density and poor distribution for a man with thick hair and a bald spot on his head," is intended as mockery and an objection to Allah's creation, then its speaker has apostatized from the faith. If this was not his intention, but rather to insult the person he is addressing, then this constitutes forbidden backbiting.
