What is incumbent upon a woman who did not perform the rites of Rami (stoning), taking from her hair, and offering the Hady (sacrifice) on the tenth of Dhu al-Hijjah in 1988, taking into consideration her ignorance of the ruling at that time?

Shortening the hair for women and stoning the Jamarat on the Day of Sacrifice are among the واجبات (obligatory acts) of Hajj. Whoever neglects an obligatory act must offer a دم (sacrificial animal) to be slaughtered and distributed among the poor of Mecca. If unable to do so, they must fast for ten days. As for the الهدي (sacrificial offering), it is only obligatory for the Mutamatti' (one performing Tamattu' Hajj) and the Qarin (one performing Qiran Hajj). If the woman performed Tamattu' or Qiran, then she must offer the Hady. If she is unable, she fasts for ten days. If the woman is poor and unable to offer the obligatory دم for neglecting the shortening of hair and the stoning, then she is not required to fast for that.
