The answer

The beginning of the 'Asr prayer time is when the shadow of an object becomes equal to its length, after the declination of the sun (fay' al-zawal). This is the opinion of the majority of scholars. A Muslim should advise anyone who delays the Friday prayer beyond its prescribed time. If they do not respond, then one should seek another Friday prayer that is established at its proper time. If one cannot find such a prayer, and if it is possible to establish a Friday prayer at its proper time with a group of Muslims, then one should do so. If that is not possible, then one should pray Dhuhr at its proper time, and then attend the Friday prayer with them, and it will be considered a supererogatory act for him. As for boycotting the companies of countries that wage war against Islam and Muslims, this is required for companies known to be affiliated with those countries. However, for those whose status is unknown, one is not obliged to boycott them. As for the fear of fitna (trial/tribulation) for one's family and children, the advice is to fear Allah and strive diligently in raising them upon righteousness and piety, to associate with righteous Muslims, to avoid mixing with disbelievers and the wicked, and to strive to emigrate from non-Muslim lands whenever it becomes easy to do so.
