Is it permissible to delay the Friday prayer until the end of the Dhuhr time due to some people being unable to perform it at the beginning of its time due to work circumstances?

The time for the Friday prayer begins with the entry of the Dhuhr prayer time and ends with its conclusion, according to the majority of scholars. The Sunnah is to perform it immediately after Zawwal (midday), and delaying it beyond that is contrary to the Sunnah. However, if you delay it, the prayer is valid as long as its time has not expired with the entry of the Asr prayer time.
