What is the ruling on marriage with the intention of divorce upon the termination of employment or the occurrence of a misunderstanding, provided that the wife is informed of this beforehand?

If stipulating the two conditions does not automatically dissolve the marriage contract, then they have no effect on the validity of the marriage, nor is it considered a fixed term, but rather a promise of divorce that may or may not occur. This is not the invalid temporary marriage (Nikah al-Mut'ah) which entails the automatic dissolution of the contract upon the expiry of a period or the occurrence of an event.
